The Neighborhood Events Committee will be hosting an Easter Egg Hunt for the Children of Reagan's Landing on Saturday, April 16th at 4 p.m. There will be candy and goodie filled eggs. There will also be Special Prize Eggs. Children will be grouped according to their age. We hope you will join us for this Eggstra-special Event.

Dear Residents,

We have chosen to observe Halloween on Sunday, October 31st. Please be careful driving through the neighborhood, be mindful of children walking the roads and turn your porch lights on that evening if you wish to receive Trick o' Treaters. If you are looking for something to do on Saturday, think about stopping by and supporting our neighbors at Horse Haven on Reagan Road. They will be hosting Boo at the Barn with fun activities for the children on Saturday from 6pm to 9pm. Admission is free, but donations are appreciated!! We hope everyone has a safe and Happy Halloween!!

The Legal Committee is just about finished editing the bylaws. The committee will be releasing a copy of the bylaws by October 1 for everyone to review prior to our HOA meeting on October 15. The HOA would like you to review this document ahead of the meeting, so you can get your questions answered prior to the vote. The committee has put together two workshops where you can come and ask your questions. These meeting times are shown below and occur prior the HOA meeting. The HOA is also working to get our lawyer present at the second workshop. Please feel free to come to either meeting with all of your bylaws comments or questions. While the focus of these workshops are on the bylaws, other legal concerns you might have can be discussed at this time.

• Pool Closing Time
  It is that time of year again. The kids have gone back to school and cooler weather is coming-even though it is still hot. The last day the pool will be open is Sunday, September 19. I hope everyone has enjoyed the pool again this year. Please be sure to let us know how we can improve the pool for next year.
  
  
• HOA Meeting
  The next HOA meeting will be Friday, October 15. The topics for the meeting include the budget and bylaws. There will also be some brief updates from the committees. Be sure to keep watching the website for bylaws Q/A session dates. These sessions will be to inform you, the homeowner, about the proposed bylaws. It is the time for you ask questions and raise any concerns. Finally, be sure to get with your neighbor and bring or make your favorite pizza for dinner. (Dessert pizza too!) We can put the pizzas out in buffet style and you can sample a little of everything. The HOA will provide water, tea, and soft drinks.

When: August 14, 2010 from 5:00 pm till 9:00 pm
Where: Reagan's Landing Pool
Plenty of activities for all ages! We will provide hamburgers and hot dogs and you provide a covered dish. Hope to see you there.

Join the ladies of Reagan's Landing at the pool on Thursday Night, June 3rd for some Bunco. The action starts at 7:00 p.m., so come on out. Be sure to bring $5 and a beverage! You don't have to know how to play to come out and have a good time.

It is just about summer time and that means time to get in the pool. As of today, the pool is open for business. Mike Miller will be at the pool tonight, May 27, from 7:00 pm till 8:00 pm to hand out key cards. Pool hours are between 10:00 am and 10:00 pm daily. Please note that access to the pool is obtained through membership dues and remaining in good standing with the HOA. For any pool related issues please send email to the following address: . All pool rules and information will be posted in the Resident's Portal early in June.

The resident's portal is now password protected, which shall protect the privacy of the homeowners and the HOA. The HOA will be distributing the password to the members in the first week of June. Thank you for your patience while we improve the web site.

You read it right, the ladies of Reagan's Landing are going out for a night on the town. It is a time to have some fun and meet other ladies from the neighborhood. The evening start time is 5:30 p.m. and everyone will be meeting at Aubrey's, Cedar Bluff. Email us if you have questions or if you want to share a ride with someone.

The web site has been updated with new content. The menu items "About Us", "Prospective Residents", and "Current Residents" are now working, so check them out. The primary update is really the structure of the web site, however you will find some new content including the contact information for the HOA (e-mail and USPS) and the HOA bylaws. During the upcoming summer months, the remaining content will be come available, so keep watching this announcement page for the updates. Finally, the current resident's area will become password protected in the future as to protect the privacy of the HOA and residents. Since we do not have a password currently, we are not posting information in this area. Regardless of having a password in the future, we will contact you prior to posting any private information such as a phone number.

If you have not checked out the flyer, please see the information from the last post. We really want to call your attention to the following topics that will be discussed at the upcoming meeting. Be sure to come so you can VOTE for the new HOA board and to receive the all important swimming pool key.
